The Sr Business Intelligence Analyst will contribute to a growing team as we scale offerings and build meaningful data insights for the business. This role will work directly with AXS data leadership as well as clients and partners in the US and abroad (Europe and Japan). What Will You Do?

Leverage analysis competencies to drive business insights across AXS through SQL, Looker, and Google & Adobe Analytics. Develop ongoing performance reporting for management across operational areas; provide in-depth analysis of web analytics and marketing data with recommendations. Mentor junior team members on analysis best practices. Contribute strong analyses to business insights and recap presentations. Monitor data sources and ensure data accuracy for reporting. Drive complex problems through to solutions. Collaborate across functions and with clients to address data and analysis needs. Build LookML models and Looker dashboards to communicate insights. What Will You Bring?

BA/BS degree (4-year); advanced degree preferred in Business, Analytics, MIS, Economics or related field. 4–6 years in business analytics or a related analytical field. Experience with digital and/or social media marketing and web analytics. Experience with modern analytic and data visualization tools. Experience with programming and/or statistical analysis tools (SQL, R, Python, SAS). Strong quantitative analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to derive insights from large data sets. Strong written and verbal communication skills to present complex concepts to diverse audiences. General business acumen and ability to analyze the live events industry and recommend improvements. Ability to manage multiple projects independently while collaborating with stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and advanced analytical tools/methodologies. Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment and a team-oriented, test-and-learn mindset. Bonus points if You Have

Music or entertainment experience and knowledge of artists and industry trends. Certified Business Intelligence Professional. Pay Scale

$78,000 – $90,000 Bonus

Eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements. Benefits
