Manage and coordinate daily construction operations Run weekly safety meetings with all trades Take overall site management and team leadership Responsibility for supervising all on-site trades and personnel Communication of the ongoing evolution of the project, milestones, and reports Communication with the Project Managers regarding construction activities Work with the Project Engineers to ensure submittals and clarification are current Site Management & Coordination Creation of daily reports and pictorial documentation of progress and issues Qualifications
Relevant on-site leadership and supervisory experience in construction Ability to review and comprehend schematic drawings and articulate a weekly and monthly plan Strong focus on delivering projects safely, on time, and on budget Effective communication with project managers, engineers, trades, and clients Organized, proactive, and able to lead by example Benefits
