Job Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and obtain customer and vehicle information.
Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage, and vehicle history.
Review the Multi‑Point Inspection and translate the technician’s recommendations accurately.
Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for parts and labor.
Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and update customers on the status of their vehicles on a daily basis.
Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order.
Explain the Multi‑Point Inspection and all completed work and charges to the customer.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships and loyalty with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
Qualifications
Proven track record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction.
High degree of personal ownership, accountability, integrity, and professionalism.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and be self‑motivated.
Excellent communication skills.
Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus.
Consistent and stable work history.
Valid driver’s license.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Pre‑employment background check and drug screen required prior to hiring.
