
VP of Sales, Home Healthcare

HealthCare Recruiters International is recruiting for a Vice President of Sales for Home Health to lead and drive sales growth and market expansion across a designated region. This strategic leadership role reports into senior executive management, collaborating closely with clinical operations, business development, marketing, and referral relations.
Territory : Will cover multi-state regions and multiple sites; states are Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Massachusetts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue, volume, and profitability targets.
Cultivate relationships with referral sources, healthcare systems, physician groups, payers, and other stakeholders.
Be the face of the national home healthcare provider in client presentations, conferences, and community/sales events.
Monitor and analyze key metrics, pipeline health, and market feedback.
Lead sales teams across multiple branches, coaching, training, and motivating to achieve performance targets.
Coordinate with clinical leadership to align service excellence and ensure customer satisfaction.
Oversee territory expansion, market segmentation, and competitive intelligence.
Lead and mentor regional sales leaders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or advanced degree preferred
8+ years of progressive healthcare sales or business development experience; minimum 5+ years in people leadership roles (e.g. regional management)
Deep understanding of home health, and post-acute care sectors
Proven experience building and leading high-performing sales teams
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Analytical thinker with strong financial acumen
Willing and able to travel throughout assigned region (often up to ~75% of time)
