Overview
We are partnered with a respected General Contractor based in Idaho who is seeking a talented Travelling Commercial Superintendent to join their growing team. This role is ideal for a Superintendent who thrives in ground-up commercial construction and is excited by projects across multiple locations.
The company specializes in delivering high-quality builds ranging from $5M – $30M, with a strong pipeline of restaurants, gas stations, and other commercial facilities. As their recruitment partner, we are seeking a Superintendent who can represent the GC on-site with professionalism, safety, and quality at the forefront.
Key Requirements
Minimum 6 years’ experience as a Superintendent in commercial ground-up construction
Project experience in the $5M – $30M range
Strong background in restaurant and gas station builds (critical requirement)
Ability to travel regularly to projects across Idaho (and surrounding states)
Proven track record of managing subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and site safety
