Client Details A well-capitalized, fast-growing general contractor that specializes in ground-up retail construction across the U.S. They are actively hiring a Traveling Superintendent to lead a gas station project in San Diego, with continued projects across 5 states west of the Mississippi. Description Lead ground-up construction from mobilization through turnover Initial assignment: Gas Station project in San Diego Oversee all onsite operations, safety, scheduling, and quality control Coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, vendors, and owners' reps Maintain aggressive schedules common to retail rollouts Travel nationally as projects ramp up Profile Proven Superintendent experience with: Gas Stations / Fuel Facilities QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) Car Washes Strong knowledge of: Underground utilities & fuel systems Concrete, steel, and rapid-cycle retail builds Jurisdictional inspections and compliance Willingness to travel extensively OSHA-focused, safety-first mindset

Gas station experience is mandatory for this hire due to the technical scope of the San Diego project. Job Offer $100-120k base salary (commensurate with experience) $1,200-1,400 bi weekly Per diem + travel expenses covered Housing and travel coordination Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company contribution PTO and paid holidays Long-term pipeline of national retail work Opportunity to grow with a contractor expanding its West Coast presence
