Full-Time Dealership Sales Manager
to lead and inspire our sales teams across our
Salt Lake Valley locations , representing premier brands like
Chevrolet, Cadillac, KIA, and GMC . In this onsite leadership role, you'll be part of a dynamic, customer-driven environment where integrity, teamwork, and growth are at the core of everything we do. You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact-driving performance, shaping the customer experience, and helping our teams achieve new levels of success. What You'll Do
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team across one of our Salt Lake County dealerships.
Implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Recruit, hire, and train top-performing sales professionals.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and manufacturer partners.
Analyze performance data to improve profitability and team effectiveness.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and exceptional service.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of dealership sales management experience
(multi-brand or multi-store experience a plus).
Strong understanding of dealership operations and finance processes.
Proven leadership and team development skills.
Excellent communication, organization, and analytical abilities.
Valid U.S. Driver's License
required.
