Role Description

This is a full‑time remote CTH role for a Business Development Representative. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing inside sales, and identifying sales opportunities. Daily tasks will include reaching out to potential clients, developing and maintaining relationships, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills

Excellent Communication and Business Development skills

Strong Sales skills and experience

Ability to work independently and remotely

Proven track record of reaching sales targets

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Requirements

Lead Generation & Prospecting

– Identifying and qualifying potential customers through research and effective questioning techniques.

Marketing

– Creation, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, social media, email).

Market Research

– Analysing market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.

Content

– Developing and managing compelling marketing content, including website copy, social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials.

Pipeline Development

– Build a strong pipeline by targeting high‑potential accounts.

Client Engagement

– Schedule meetings, demos, and follow‑ups to drive conversions.

Sales Target Achievement

– Exceed sales goals, focusing on upselling and renewals.

Reporting & Analytics

– Track performance and provide insights for improvement.

Collaboration & Compliance

– Collaboration with teams for smooth client transitions while following ethical sales practices.
