Overview
Location: Monclova, OH Salary: $27,000.00-$33,000.00 Employment type: Full-time Senioriry level: Entry level Job function: Management and Manufacturing
Receive, unpack, and put-away incoming materials, including CSM, tools, and equipment.
Disperse product as needed to operations and area departments.
Conduct cycle counts of finished goods, components, non-VMI, and raw materials.
Review min/max stocking levels in cabinets, crib, store; submit orders to supply chain as needed.
Work closely with Supply Chain and Operations by running various reports related to deliveries and receipts.
Assist Operations Master Scheduler to optimize scheduling.
Understand and follow all company policies, processes, and procedures pertaining to receiving and operations.
Practice safety measurements to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.
Actively participate in various continuous improvement projects, cost savings initiatives.
Ability to learn future scanning system.
Support and backup Shipping Coordinators as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in material coordination.
Proficient in MS Office.
Experience working in an ERP/MRP system; Job Boss preferred.
Experience or understanding of receiving and shipping in a manufacturing setting.
Experience in managing inventory, tracking part locations for multiple areas, and maintaining.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong understanding of shipping and receiving procedures.
Minimum 2 years’ forklift driving experience and ability to obtain license (in house).
Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift 30-50 pounds continuously.
