What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Drive the end-to-end product-led growth (PLG) strategy across customer acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion

Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities based on data and user insights

Lead fast-paced experimentation to optimize conversion funnels and unlock new revenue opportunities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and iterate on effective growth strategies

Define and track key growth metrics to maximize business impact and improve user engagement

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 3 years of experience in growth product management, preferably in B2B SaaS or product-led environments

Proven track record in PLG or self-serve models, with ownership of key metrics such as retention and LTV/CAC

Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and communicate findings effectively

Experience in cross-functional leadership, driving teams toward shared goals

Familiarity with customer journeys and the ability to leverage user feedback to inform product decisions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

7+ years of professional product management experience in B2B and B2C software

Experience with enterprise-level product needs and integrations

Strong eye for user experience and design craft

Proven ability to lead projects from ideation through implementation and launch

Passion for AI and its potential to revolutionize work processes and customer experiences
