Own category strategy and growth for INSTRUMENT, including positioning, narrative, customer definition, and long-term market opportunity Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy end to end, spanning major launches and evergreen initiatives Partner deeply with Product leadership to influence product roadmap decisions based on customer value and market fit Establish and own success metrics across adoption, activation, retention, and monetization Inspire and elevate creative marketing execution across campaigns and tactics What is Required (Qualifications)
7–10+ years of Product Marketing experience, with demonstrated ownership of strategy and growth outcomes Proven ability to influence product direction through positioning, customer insight, and market perspective Deep fluency in GTM strategy, including launches and evergreen growth Strong analytical instincts, with the ability to define success metrics and interpret impact Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clarity and alignment at the senior level How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
