The OSRAM SYLVANIA team is seeking a Multi-Project Management (MPM) Product Specialist with a passion for the Automotive industry, strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to translate customer needs into product specifications. You will work cross-functionally with R&D, Manufacturing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing to facilitate projects across multiple product lines. Responsibilities include: Project management Defining requirements for projects Ensuring high-quality deliverables such as project timelines, business cases, and customer documents Supporting product lifecycle activities, including roadmaps and strategy Collaborating daily with cross-functional teams Requirements include: Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Automotive Strong project management skills Ability to work independently and in teams Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions) Willingness to travel 20% Experience with APQP is a plus Additional Details
