What You’ll Be Doing

Run the show – oversee all day‑to‑day operations, from leasing and resident relations to work orders and vendor coordination.

Lead the team – hire, train, schedule, and support onsite leasing and maintenance teams.

Market – promote the property, attract new residents, and renew leases.

Drive financial performance – manage budgets, control expenses, maximize revenue, and ensure rent collection stays on track.

Resident‑focused – serve as go‑to contact, resolve concerns, welcome new residents, and create a place people are proud to call home.

Keep the property looking great – conduct inspections, support unit readiness, oversee maintenance standards and capital improvements.

Stay on top of everything – submit accurate financial reports, manage payroll and commissions, and stay compliant with all local, state, and federal requirements.

Stay plugged in – engage with the local apartment association, keep up with competitors, and build a strong reputation in the community.

What We’re Looking For

At least 4 years multifamily property management experience and 2+ years leading a team.

Detail‑obsessed, organized, and capable of prioritizing deadlines.

Clear, calm communicator – whether dealing with residents, staff, or budget presentations.

Customer‑focused – residents feel heard, valued, and supported.

Financially savvy – understands rent rolls, budgets, reporting, and expense management.

Tech‑comfortable – proficient with Entrata, Microsoft Office, and digital tools that keep things running smoothly.

Positive and proactive – leads by example, stays cool under pressure, and brings solutions, not drama.
