What You’ll Be Doing
Run the Show – Oversee all day‑to‑day operations, from leasing and resident relations to work orders and vendor coordination.
Lead the Team – Hire, train, schedule, and support your on‑site leasing and maintenance teams, creating a culture where great work happens.
Market Like a Pro – Partner with marketing to promote your property, attract new residents, and renew existing leases.
Drive Financial Performance – Manage budgets, control expenses, maximize revenue, and ensure rent collection stays on track.
Be Resident‑Focused – Serve as the go‑to contact for the community, resolving concerns and welcoming new residents.
Keep It Looking Great – Conduct inspections, support unit readiness, and oversee maintenance standards and capital improvements.
Stay on Top of It All – Submit accurate financial reports, manage payroll and commissions, and remain compliant with all local, state, and federal requirements.
Stay Plugged In – Engage with your local apartment association, keep up with competitors, and build a strong reputation in the community.

What We’re Looking For
Experienced Leader – At least 4 years of multifamily property management experience and 2+ years of team leadership.
Detail‑Obsessed & Organized – Excellent time management and prioritization.
Clear Communicator – Professional, calm, and concise in all interactions.
Customer‑Focused – Residents feel heard, valued, and supported.
Financially Savvy – Strong grasp of rent rolls, budgets, reporting, and expense management.
Tech‑Comfortable – Proficient with Entrata, Microsoft Office, and other digital tools.
Positive & Proactive – Leads by example, stays cool under pressure, and delivers solutions.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in large multifamily real estate.
Minimum 4 years of residential property management with proven leasing or sales track record.
Minimum 2 years of supervising two or more employees.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management systems.
Valid driver’s license to operate company‑owned or personal vehicle for work.
Physical Requirements
Work on the busiest days of the week, including Fridays, Saturdays, and at least one Sunday a month, plus holidays.
Ability to lift or move items up to 10 pounds and perform extended periods of standing, walking, or climbing stairs.
