
Travel Registered Dietitian | Peridot, AZ (13-Week Contract)
We’re seeking an experienced
Registered Dietitian
to join a healthcare team in
Peridot, Arizona . This role offers a
4-day work week on day shift
with flexibility for mid/evening coverage as needed. Tribal healthcare experience is
required , with
CDCES certification
strongly preferred. Start Date:
ASAP Schedule:
4 days/week (Day Shift) + mid/evening coverage as needed Setting:
Critical Access Hospital (inpatient + outpatient clinics) Requirements
Active
Registered Dietitian license BLS certification (required) 3 years of dietitian experience (preferred) Tribal healthcare experience (required) CDCES certification (preferred) Responsibilities
Provide nutrition care for
inpatient
and
outpatient
settings Support outpatient clinics including
medical weight loss
and
diabetes management Conduct
MNT consults
as ordered by physicians Perform food service evaluations and
develop menus
as needed Accurately document patient care per facility and state standards Why Peridot?
