RN Director
to provide leadership across the Medical, Rehabilitation, and Surgical units. This role is responsible for overseeing clinical operations, staffing, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance while fostering a culture of excellence in patient care. Qualifications Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Oklahoma BSN required; Master’s degree highly preferred Minimum of 5 years of inpatient nursing supervisory experience Minimum of 2 years of director-level leadership across multiple departments Current CPR certification or completion within 30 days of employment Experience with Meditech preferred Epic experience strongly preferred Work Schedule & Expectations Weekends as needed Holidays on a rotating schedule Staffing Typical nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:5 Compensation Salary range:
