
The Concierge Representative is responsible for leading patient education, facilitating enrollment, and executing the launch plan for transitioning physicians. Embedded in the practice for 70–75% of the transition timeline, this role is key to ensuring timely panel completion, high conversion from engaged patients, and successful delivery of training to physicians and staff.
This team member must balance execution of the project plan, performance against aggressive enrollment metrics, and high-impact in-person communication.
Key Responsibilities
Educate and convert patients by communicating Networks personalized care value proposition, achieving ≥30% engagement-to-enrollment conversion rate. Drive weekly sign-up velocity to meet or exceed full panel acquisition by Day 120. High-conversion communicator: Persuasive, empathetic, and patient-focused. Proven closer with a track record in consultative sales or enrollment roles. Operationally excellent: meets deadlines, manages details, and escalates effectively. Strong trainer who boosts physician/staff confidence in networks model. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and accountable for performance KPIs. Strong presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Two (2) years of professional experience One (1) year in sales or client-facing roles, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding goals Comfort with fieldwork and travel (up to 75%) Base ($55K) +50% Commission UNCAPPED Program membership 401K / 401K matching PTO / paid holidays Paid travel (Flights, Hotels, Air B&B, Food etc) Benefits
