Non-Exempt Summary of the Position:
Provides hands-on therapeutic and behavioral support to children and adolescents with emotional and behavioral health needs in home, school, and community settings. The BC/MT develops individualized treatment plans, delivers evidence-based interventions, and collaborates with families and interdisciplinary teams to promote positive outcomes and functional improvement. Key Responsibilities Provide direct therapy and counseling. Develop and implement treatment plans. Adhere to YAP’s philosophy, mission, and core principles. Maintain timely and accurate documentation. Collaborate with families and service teams. Licensed supervision may be available. Availability to work flexible hours up to 40 hours per week. Qualifications/Requirements Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or social work or related field is required. Licensed staff as a Behavior Specialist (LBS), LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT preferred. Experience providing therapeutic services to youth and families. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with participants, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Proficiency in using data collection tools and software applications. Proficient using Microsoft Office suites. Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance coverage and willingness to travel within assigned region.
