
Job Summary
This is an in‑office position in Omaha, Nebraska. As a Healthcare Staffing Account Manager, you’ll maintain and grow client relationships with regional healthcare facilities, ensuring client satisfaction by aligning staffing needs with recruiter capabilities while driving revenue growth through service excellence. This client‑facing role emphasizes communication, organization, and problem‑solving.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned healthcare facility accounts.
Serve as the primary contact for day‑to‑day client requests and staffing needs.
Collaborate with recruiters to ensure client positions are filled with qualified candidates.
Negotiate contracts, bill rates, and expectations with client facilities.
Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns in a timely manner.
Track account performance and identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling.
Act as a liaison between facilities, recruiters, and travelers.
Requirements
1+ years of experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting, or client services.
Strong negotiation and customer relationship skills.
Background in sales or marketing preferred, ideally in travel nursing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Organized and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
