Senior Integrated Construction Coordinator
Base pay range: $95,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr
G&E Partners are working with a Top 25 ENR Commercial GC, with $7B in revenue and 13 offices across the US. They specialize in a wide range of markets including data centers, federal, healthcare, education, office, manufacturing, sports, and hospitality, focusing on large-scale projects.
Overview They’re seeking a Senior Integrated Construction Coordinator for their $B+ NDA data center campus in New Mexico.
Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage VDC (Virtual Design and Construction) workflows using appropriate technology platforms.
Apply BIM/VDC applications including existing conditions modelling, 4D phase planning, site analysis, design reviews, 3D visualization and coordination, digital fabrication, and 3D control planning.
Serve as the primary VDC point of contact for construction team members, providing guidance and reporting throughout all project phases.
Support and facilitate training on VDC tools, workflows, and best practices.
Actively contribute to the IDAT (Integrated Delivery Advancement Team) community of practice, sharing insights to enhance team knowledge.
Participate in daily work planning sessions.
Document workflows and propose improvements to enhance company process standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years VDC engineer experience.
Experience with VDC/BIM on large-scale, MEP-heavy builds.
Strong job tenure with other leading ENR GCs.
