with a strong background in
education or K-12 construction projects . The ideal candidate will oversee on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Responsibilities
Supervise daily on-site construction activities for K-12 or education projects. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to meet project goals. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project schedules. Collaborate closely with project managers, school administrators, architects, and engineers. Identify potential risks and implement proactive solutions. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications
Experience, with
K-12 or education projects
preferred. Experienced working in a Superintendent position Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and safety regulations. Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and teams efficiently. Seniority Level
