
Our client is looking for an experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects in the
Houston area , including
K-12 schools, churches, and fire stations . This is a hands-on role for a superintendent who thrives in client-facing environments and enjoys leading multiple projects with high standards for quality and safety. Project Scope
K-12 educational facilities Churches and faith-based buildings Fire stations and other community infrastructure Project sizes vary; primarily institutional and community-focused Responsibilities
Lead all on-site construction activities from preconstruction through closeout Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and project sequencing Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications and codes Communicate effectively with project management, clients, and inspectors Proactively identify and resolve constructability, site, and scheduling challenges Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company professionally on-site Ideal Candidate Profile
Superintendent experience on
K-12, religious, or civic projects Proven ability to manage multiple, mid-sized projects simultaneously Strong leadership and team management skills Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized Comfortable in client-facing and operational roles Safety-focused and committed to high-quality workmanship Why This Opportunity
