We are seeking an experienced
Commercial Construction Superintendent
to work mainly on
K–12 and educational facility construction
and oversee on-site operations from mobilization through project closeout. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of school construction requirements, including occupied-campus work, safety protocols, inspections, and coordination with school districts, architects, and inspectors. This role is responsible for delivering projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory and educational standards. Key Responsibilities
Lead all on-site construction activities for K–12 and educational facility projects Coordinate daily operations with subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and project management staff Develop, maintain, and enforce project schedules and sequencing Conduct daily site walks to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance School & Occupied Campus Construction
Manage construction in
active or partially occupied school environments Coordinate work around school calendars, testing schedules, and student safety requirements Enforce access control, site separation, noise, dust, and safety protocols specific to school campuses Maintain clear communication with school administrators and district representatives
