Job Overview

Professional level sales position supporting advanced functions on the commercial side of the business. The role is responsible for profitable growth through customer retention and growth, and partners with the GM to manage team members. Expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts is required, along with the ability to source from multiple channels, direct drivers, and ensure timely delivery. Full‑time position. Primary Responsibilities

Maintain commercial customer relationships Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives Provide daily supervisory support for team members Collaborate with the GM on coaching and developmental needs Dispatch drivers to meet delivery standards Maintain commercial stocking programs Build and maintain a network of second‑source suppliers Secondary Responsibilities

Maintain core bank and commercial returns Maintain commercial credit accounts Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage Success Factors

Friendly communication Ability to locate and stock parts Safety knowledge and skills Operating inventory systems and store equipment Parts and automotive system knowledge Operating POS and parts lookup systems ASE P2 certified or equivalent Advanced solution, project, and product quality recommendation ability Advanced selling skills for commercial customers Ability to multi‑task and remain organized Essential Job Skills

Working knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic ability (internal engine, suspension, brakes, electronics, exhaust) Speak and write English (Spanish a plus) Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals Execute written, oral, or diagram instructions accurately Successfully complete the Parts Knowledge Assessment Use basic math accurately in all units of measure Use Microsoft Office effectively (Word, Excel) Strong organizational skills Understand commercial profitability concepts, including market opportunities and customer prioritization Work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed Prior Experience

Minimum of 3 years of prior automotive parts experience (preferred) Proven sales ability with experience fulfilling customer transactions Formal or informal experience leading teams, supervising daily tasks, and working together to achieve goals Education

High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Certifications

ASE Certification Preferred (but not required). Physical Demands

The employee will predominantly be walking or standing, able to talk and hear, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds (occasionally up to 100 pounds). Vision requirements include close, distance, color, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Work Environment

The employee usually works inside; occasionally outside and exposed to weather conditions while installing batteries and wiper blades. Works near moving mechanical parts, high or precarious places, toxic or caustic chemicals, electrical shock risk, explosives, and vibration. Noise level usually moderate. Compensation

$14.75 per hour – $16.23 per hour. Benefits
