Project Sales Representative – HVAC. Location: Toledo, OH. We are seeking a highly motivated Project Sales Representative to drive sales of HVAC service projects in the Toledo, OH market. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong technical background in mechanical systems who is passionate about building relationships, solving customer challenges, and delivering high-value solutions. As part of our team, you will work directly with building owners, property managers, and facility decision-makers to identify opportunities, provide consultative guidance, and deliver customized HVAC service project solutions. Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow sales of HVAC service projects by targeting new customers and expanding relationships with existing accounts. Conduct site visits and technical assessments to identify project opportunities and recommend solutions. Partner closely with internal engineering and operations teams to prepare cost estimates, proposals, and project scopes. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent activity to achieve revenue goals. Manage the entire sales process including proposal development, contract negotiations, and project handoff. Stay engaged with customers throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and identify follow-on opportunities. Maintain a strong presence in the local market through customer visits, networking, and industry involvement. Qualifications

Education: High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field preferred. Experience: 3+ years of sales experience in HVAC, mechanical contracting, or a related industry. Proven track record of selling HVAC service projects or mechanical system solutions. Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and building operations. Skilled at developing proposals, reviewing contracts, and negotiating agreements. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
