Job Summary
Retail & Coffee Manager
– an energetic, entrepreneurial manager responsible for the daily operation of the coffee, retail, and cafeteria units across the service portfolio. The role drives guest satisfaction, team performance, financial stewardship, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily administrative and operational tasks across all retail and coffee units.
Manage all aspects of staff scheduling, training, and performance coaching.
Develop, forecast, and report on financial performance, including budget development and control.
Maintain market knowledge and emerging trends to inform merchandising and pricing.
Control cost and manage expenditure within the designated account.
Ensure sanitation and safety compliance for assigned units.
Purchase and manage inventory and supply chain requirements.
Roll out new culinary programs in collaboration with marketing and culinary teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Culinary degree preferred; A.A. degree plus related experience acceptable.
Three or more years of supervisory experience in food service operations.
Strong knowledge of retail, food, and catering trends focused on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
Leadership, management, and coaching skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Financial, budgetary, accounting, and computational proficiency.
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, email, and Internet usage.
ServSafe® certified.
