What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Onboard and train new clients while conducting needs analyses to drive conversion
Address client inquiries regarding rates, funding strategies, and fee structures
Develop and execute marketing strategies for both existing and prospective clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts
Represent the employer at client visits, trade shows, and corporate events
What is Required (Qualifications):
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the insurance industry
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to analyze client needs and market trends effectively
Experience in building and maintaining client relationships
Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders within the organization
