Onboard and train new clients while conducting needs analyses to drive conversion
Handle client inquiries related to rates, funding strategies, and fee structures
Develop and execute marketing strategies for both existing and prospective clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts
Recognize premium finance marketplace trends and relay market intelligence to leadership
What is Required (Qualifications)
Proven experience in business development or sales within the insurance industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients
Ability to analyze client needs and develop tailored solutionsCapability to represent the employer at client visits and industry events
Familiarity with premium financing solutions and market trends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working with RT Specialty or other Ryan Specialty Companies
Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships
Knowledge of marketing strategies tailored to the insurance industry
