Sales & Business Development Specialist
to
spearhead relationship-building efforts with architects, real estate professionals, and industry influencers.
This person will be instrumental in expanding our referral network, supporting lead generation, and
representing our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Proactively connect with architects, realtors, designers, developers, and association members
(HBA, NARI, etc.) to build referral pipelines. Set and coordinate meetings between prospects and our Principal Builder (Toby Locke) to close
new accounts. Represent TrueLux at industry events, networking functions, and association meetings. Work collaboratively with marketing to develop and deploy compelling materials and
presentations tailored to our high-end clientele. Make outbound calls, set appointments, and follow up with contacts consistently Develop and maintain a CRM database of leads, contacts, and referral partners. ( We use
Hubspot) Plan and execute informal meetups (coffee/lunches) to nurture ongoing relationships (monthly
stipend/per diem provided). Provide input and insights into brand positioning and growth opportunities. Qualifications: 2 - 5 years of sales, business development, or relationship management experience (residential
construction or luxury services preferred). Understanding of the custom home building or remodeling process. Strong communication skills - both written and verbal - with a confident, approachable
demeanor. Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage time and multiple touchpoints
effectively. Professional presence with the ability to represent the brand at high-end events and meetings. Comfortable using CRM platforms and collaborating with marketing teams. Compensation: Base salary + competitive commission structure Monthly expense stipend for meetings and travel Flexible schedule with performance-based growth opportunities Why Join Us?
