Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients in selecting fine jewelry, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Additional responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, managing sales inventory, and creating an engaging in-store experience. The role may involve training team members and contributing to the overall success of the boutique.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on creating a memorable and personalized shopping experience
Proven skills in sales and achieving sales targets
Experience in training and mentoring team members
Familiarity with sales management and inventory handling processes
Passionate about fine jewelry and luxury retail
Ability to thrive in a collaborative and client-focused environment
Prior experience in luxury retail or jewelry sales is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or a related field is advantageous
