Our first-of-its-kind facility opened in Northwest Arkansas in summer 2025 and is rapidly scaling to support high-volume, high-quality product media capture at unprecedented speed and scale.

We are seeking a detail-oriented

Experience Generation Specialist

to join our Creative Automation & Delivery team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our automated e-commerce video gallery production pipeline, responsible for creating and optimizing the systems that power our video gallery creation and ensuring seamless automated post-production processes. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting‑edge automation technology in a fast‑paced, innovative environment. What you will do: Production Template Development & Management

Create and update video gallery production templates that serve as the foundation for our automated production system

Continuously iterate and improve template strategies based on output quality and client feedback

Collaborate with the Pipeline Automation Lead to optimize template efficiency and effectiveness

Maintain a library of production templates for various product categories and client requirements

Workflow Instructions Generation

Generate and test workflow instructions that guide our production teams and automated systems through the entire production and post‑production process

Serve as the go‑to expert for all workflow instruction‑related issues and troubleshooting

Ensure workflow instructions align with client specifications and brand guidelines

Navigate between different client priorities and manage multiple client requirements simultaneously

Automation Oversight

Monitor and oversee automated video processing tasks and post‑production automation processes

Identify and resolve automation bottlenecks or failures

Track automated workflow performance and suggest improvements

Coordinate with technical teams to implement automation enhancements

Quality Assurance & Cross‑functional Collaboration

Review automated outputs to ensure video gallery quality meets standards

Spot‑check completed video galleries for accuracy and brand compliance

Address issues raised by the QC team by updating production templates and refining automated post‑production processes

Analyze recurring quality issues to identify root causes and implement systematic improvements

Document and prioritize issues that require development or product‑level solutions

Serve as liaison between operations and development teams, providing detailed feedback on system improvements

Collaborate with Product and Dev teams to enhance platform capabilities based on operational insights

Our ideal candidate will have:

5+ years of experience in video production, e‑commerce, digital content creation, or content library management

Strong understanding of video production workflows and post‑production processes

Experience with automation tools and workflow management systems

Experience with digital asset management (DAM) systems and data workflows

Proficiency in working with templates and structured data formats

Ability to translate creative concepts into technical specifications

Familiarity with the application of generative AI for content processing and creation

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Strong problem‑solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex workflows

Excellent written communication skills for creating clear, actionable instructions

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong analytical skills to identify patterns in quality issues and system performance

Experience with automated workflows or production pipelines preferred

Background in quality assurance or process optimization is a plus

Experience with large‑scale content operations (such as managing DAM systems, content libraries, or bulk asset processing) is highly valued

Previous experience with AI‑powered content tagging, categorization, or metadata management is a strong plus

Required to be on‑site 5 days per week in Northwest Arkansas

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods.

Ability to work in a warehouse environment that may include exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noise.

Work Environment:

This position operates primarily within a factory setting.

The noise level can range from moderate to loud.

Exposure to moving mechanical parts and vehicles (e.g. forklifts, trucks).

You will work closely with production teams for video capture execution.

Regular Hours: 08:00-16:00 CST (Monday‑Friday).

Note: Occasional weekend availability may be required based on business needs.
