Duties: In this role, you’ll determine a child’s eligibility and need for services, provide ongoing home-based services to address the strengths and developmental needs of children and coach parents to promote the child’s development. Brief Description

Act as the Primary Service Provider for children ages birth to six. Job Prerequisites

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Health, Social or Behavioral Science, Social Services, Human Services or a related field. A Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant or Physical Therapy Assistant License would be preferred, or a Licensed Social Worker. Must be well organized, detail-oriented, have the ability to meet deadlines and most importantly, have the passion and enthusiasm to make a difference in the lives of children with developmental disabilities.
