
Objectives
To provide design and documentation of various Wormald Companies’ projects, including single-family, multi-family residential.
Responsibilities
Initiating and developing designs in a collaborative process
Permitting and Construction Documents
Energy Tabulations (Rescheck, etc…)
Building Footprints
Strip plans and elevations
Coordination with Civil engineers, Site superintendents, designers, suppliers, sales and accounting professionals.
Resolving issues from the field
Requirements
10+ years of experience (preferred)
Experience with residential design or construction
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD
Hard working with good time-management skills.
Responsive to time pressures. Self-motivated and doesn’t need to be micro-managed.
Able to juggle a variety of tasks and prioritize as needed to eliminate bottlenecks.
Good communication skills via email, conversation and graphics.
The ability to explore ideas quickly, by sketch or other means
Commitment to collaboration, shared knowledge and efficiency
Be willing to do any task at any time with a good attitude. No task is below any person at The Wormald Companies, including Directors.
Pay $85,000 – $100,000+/- depending on experience. Flexible work arrangements (remote, part-time, etc…) will be considered as warranted.
