
Qualifications and Responsibilities
Minimum 5 years of experience required, 10+ years preferred in residential architecture, particularly with wood‑frame single‑family and townhomes
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion is required
Prepare full sets of construction documents and updated portfolios to present previous work
Collaborate directly with owners and internal departments on design, documentation, and construction administration
Create sales plans, permitting documents, ResCheck energy tabulations, strip plans/elevations, and area plans
Coordinate with site superintendents, civil engineers, suppliers, and internal departments
Manage custom design revisions and project timelines independently
Strong communication skills and the ability to self‑manage multiple priorities
Salary $60,000 – $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
