The

Catering & Events Sales Manager

drives revenue by

selling, planning, and executing catering and mobile events

for our fast‑casual pizza and cheesesteak brand. This hands‑on role manages the brand’s

mobile oven , coordinates staff, oversees event logistics, and ensures every catering experience—whether in‑store or at an event—delivers exceptional food, service, and brand representation. The ideal candidate thrives in

sales, operations, and event execution , combining strategic planning with on‑the‑ground leadership. Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and secure catering and event orders for corporate, private, and community functions. Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their event needs and recommend menu solutions. Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts; confirm details with clients and internal teams. Follow up post‑event to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business. In‑Store Catering Coordination

Oversee the preparation, setup, and execution of all in‑store catering events. Collaborate with kitchen and FOH teams to ensure seamless service during group events. Coordinate staffing, timing, and menu execution for private parties or special dining events within the restaurant. Track inventory and supplies specific to in‑store catering needs. Mobile Oven & Off‑Site Event Operations

Safely drive and operate the mobile oven/trailer to off‑site events across the metro area. Plan and execute catering events, including setup, cooking, service, and teardown. Lead on‑site teams, including staffing assignments, training, and supervision. Manage inventory, transport supplies, and troubleshoot operational challenges during events. Brand Representation & Community Engagement

Act as the public face of the brand at events, festivals, markets, fundraisers, and community gatherings. Promote the brand through exceptional guest service and engagement. Support local partnerships and initiatives that expand brand presence and visibility. Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality, catering, or event operations (fast‑casual or full‑service preferred). Strong sales, customer service, and relationship‑building skills. Ability to safely drive and operate a mobile oven/trailer. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for event planning and execution. Comfortable working nights, weekends, and extended event shifts. Strong communication and team leadership skills. Technologically proficient (POS systems, Google Workspace, scheduling platforms). Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods. Requirements

2+ years in catering, events management. Valid driver’s license with experience towing or operating mobile equipment. Flexible schedule to accommodate peak catering and event times. Competitive base salary with
