Our client is seeking a B2B Marketing Manager to join their growing team. This high-impact leadership role is critical in shaping brand presence, driving company growth, and supporting the mission to improve women’s health by connecting innovative solutions to a broader audience. As a key cross-functional partner, this role ensures marketing initiatives are strategic, cohesive, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage marketing strategy, positioning, and lifecycle performance for an assigned product line, ensuring alignment with company goals and healthcare market trends.
- Own the strategy and execution of product launches, updates, and related cross-functional initiatives.
- Develop and execute B2B digital marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on email marketing to nurture leads and drive engagement.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of trade show participation, including logistics, booth design, lead generation activities, and post-event follow-up.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and executive teams to ensure marketing efforts support business objectives.
- Create content for email campaigns, trade show materials, presentations, and social media.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners supporting events and digital campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report key metrics and KPIs, providing regular insights to leadership.
- Maintain and update marketing databases and CRM systems with accurate pre- and post-campaign data.
- Ensure all marketing activities align with brand guidelines and compliance standards.
- Research industry trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to refine product positioning and marketing strategy.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including trade show management, product line marketing, and digital campaign execution.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp).
- Proven success managing end-to-end email marketing campaigns and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment with evolving priorities.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30% for trade shows and events.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Salary: $120k–$130k, plus bonus eligibility
