a Groundskeeper for a temporary-to-permanent, full-time position
to help maintain the
curb appeal, amenities, and common areas
of our
multi-family residential apartment communities . This role is essential in keeping our properties clean, inviting, and well-maintained.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain the grounds, amenities, parking lots, and building exteriors
Pressure washing and general upkeep of community areas
Remove trash and debris from the property daily
Assist with vacant unit trash-outs and preparation for new residents
Support the maintenance team with light repairs and troubleshooting
Report any maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor
Help deliver resident communications when needed
