Customer Account Representative
at Rent‑A‑Center
Minimum starting hourly rate: $15.17 - $17.85 per hour.

What you will do Provide customers access to high‑quality goods that enhance their quality of life. You will work in our stores and in customers’ homes, obtaining new rental orders, and ensuring top‑notch customer experiences with a servant’s heart.
Responsibilities
Deliver customer‑friendly, white‑glove service on the sales floor and over the phone.
Handle deliveries and pickups, safely loading/unloading, installing products, and maintaining vehicles.
Maintain an inviting store by refurbishing merchandise and keeping spaces clean and organized.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid state driver’s license and a good driving record (you will drive company vehicles).
Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.

Physical Demands The position requires frequent walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, lifting, and moving heavy items. Standing, speaking, and hearing for extended periods are also required. All coworkers must adhere to company safety guidelines.
Expected Hours of Work Full‑time, Monday‑through‑Saturday. Store open to close hours. Sundays off and one additional weekday off. Schedules may vary based on management and business needs.
