Salary: Starting at $17 / hour - depending on education / experience

Job Summary Responsible for following processes to ensure personal records are up to date. Responsible for ensuring Woods is in compliance with regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

Creates and maintains all personal files.

Assists with surveys/audits as it relates to Human Resources. Maintains a working knowledge of licensures and regulations.

Maintains off-site personnel files.

Provides back-up for HR receptionist responsibilities during lunch break/breaks/vacation.

Assists with the process of issuing new employee IDs along with reprinting IDs for current employees. Maintains ID database.

Assists Human Resources Information Specialist (HRIS) as necessary.

Maintains confidentiality regarding privileged Human Resource information.

Other duties as assigned or become necessary.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Computer literacy required

Excellent organizational skills

Good verbal and written communication skills

Must be extremely detail oriented and accurate

Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, reach overhead, be able to kneel, squat, and stand for an extended period of time

Our Langhorne campus is home to 550 residents and provides outpatient and day programs.
