Base pay range $26,000.00/yr - $286,000.00/yr

Join Our Team as a Remote Customer Service Representative!
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline support for our customers, assisting them with their inquiries and concerns regarding our products and services. This is an excellent opportunity to work from home while contributing to a team dedicated to providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and provide accurate solutions
Process orders, amendments, and returns efficiently
Escalate unresolved issues to senior staff when necessary
Provide feedback to improve customer service processes
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think critically
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment
Previous experience in a call center or remote support role is a plus
Required Equipment
A laptop or desktop computer (not a Mac, Surface, or Chromebook) running Windows 11 or higher
Hardwired internet connection (ethernet) required
USB headset (not wireless) with noise-canceling features
Webcam (external or integrated)
