12+ years in providing solution architecture and innovation to the Telco market with BSS/OSS domain
Experience in call center transformation, optimization and modernization
Experience in marketing transformation (Salesforce, Adobe, Pega, etc.)
Experience in cloud transformation in Telco space
Experience in 5G related solutions
Excellent communications and presentation skills
Anchors technical discussions and creates thought leadership at a client/prospect
