Entry-Level Management Trainee Program
in
Killeen, TX . This on-site position is ideal for recent graduates, career changers, or motivated individuals looking to gain hands‑on experience in
sales, marketing, leadership, and team management
while preparing for long-term growth within our organization.
As an Entry-Level Management Trainee, you will participate in a structured development program that includes direct mentorship, real‑time client interaction, and leadership training. You’ll work closely with experienced managers to support sales initiatives, assist with team development, and learn how to successfully manage campaigns and people in a fast‑paced business environment.
Entry-Level Management Responsibilities:
Represent client brands through in‑person customer engagement and promotional activities
Support the planning and execution of local marketing campaigns and outreach events
Learn and apply sales strategies to effectively promote products and services
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve retention and satisfaction
Assist with onboarding, training, and motivating new team members
Participate in daily team meetings, leadership workshops, and performance reviews
Track customer interactions and campaign results to analyze performance trends
Develop strong product knowledge to confidently communicate value to customers
Contribute to goal-setting, personal development plans, and leadership growth initiatives
Maintain a professional image and positive attitude in all customer and team interactions

Must be based in or able to commute to

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required (all backgrounds encouraged to apply)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills
Coachable, outgoing, and eager to learn leadership and management skills
Self‑motivated with strong organization and time‑management abilities
Team‑oriented mindset with leadership potential
Comfortable engaging with customers and building rapport quickly
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or leadership roles is a plus—but not required
