We are seeking a

Global Mobility Recruiter

that will be primarily responsible for supporting and administering global mobility and immigration activities, including international hiring, visa coordination, and relocation support for employees and candidates. This role serves as a key point of contact for global mobility processes and compliance, partnering closely with HR, legal counsel, external vendors, and business leaders to ensure effective cross-border talent movement.

During periods of increased hiring demand, the role will flex to provide recruiting support, including sourcing, screening, and hiring for domestic positions. This hybrid structure ensures continuity of global mobility expertise while enabling scalable recruiting support during peak business cycles.

Job Duties & Responsibilities Global Mobility & Immigration Support

Coordinate visa, work authorization, and immigration processes for new hires and existing employees, working with legal counsel and external providers

Support global mobility programs including short-term assignments, long-term assignments, and job rotations

Manage relocation logistics in partnership with internal teams and external vendors (housing, transportation, relocation services)

Prepare and coordinate immigration documentation, support letters, and compliance tracking

Maintain accurate immigration and mobility records, ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met

Serve as a point of contact for candidates and employees on immigration and relocation questions

Source, recruit, screen, and interview candidates for domestic positions using direct sourcing, referrals, networking, job boards, and ATS mining

Partner with hiring managers and HR to develop hiring strategies aligned with business goals and workforce plans

Educate hiring managers and candidates on recruiting, staffing, and global mobility processes

Review workforce forecasts and requisitions to ensure compliance with company policies and immigration requirements

Present qualified, pre-screened candidates and coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding

Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring and relocation process

Provide recruiting metrics, status updates, and activity reports as required

Partner with compensation, HR, and mobility teams to support compliant offers, relocation packages, and onboarding

Ensure adherence to employment, immigration, and data privacy regulations

Support continuous improvement of recruiting and global mobility processes

Perform additional duties and special projects assigned

Specifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, International Relations, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)

4–6 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience

3–5 years of experience supporting immigration, visas, or global mobility programs

Experience recruiting for technical, manufacturing, or specialized roles preferred

Working knowledge of U.S. and international immigration processes (visas, work permits, green cards)

Strong organizational and project coordination skills

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Proficiency with ATS systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to work under general supervision while handling moderately complex issues
