Essential Functions and Primary Duties
Under direct supervision, ensures the delivery of products to clients and support to internal teams
Maintain and distribute office supplies/inventory
Complete End of Day Reporting
Maintain a high level of confidentiality
Print, package and ship orders including payroll, flex checks, W-2's, Cobra participant letters and quarterly reports
Maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems
Verify postal rates and weigh outgoing shipments
Maintain office equipment and arrange for service as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date office files, records and logs
Additional responsibilities as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
Proficient use of applicable technology
Attention to detail, time management and ability to multitask
Ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
