Essential Functions and Primary Duties Partner with practice and industry leaders to develop and execute marketing plans aligned with CBIZ’s growth objectives.
Support local and regional initiatives, while aligning efforts with national priorities and industry campaigns.
Assist with annual planning, budgeting and strategy, including setting regional marketing goals and holding teams accountable throughout the year.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and time management skills; know when to delegate to meet deadlines.
Develop and distribute marketing content including but not limited to publications, presentations, collateral, and client alerts.
Manage internal communications and ensure brand consistency across channels.
Plan and manage event logistics for seminars, conferences/tradeshows, sponsorships, and CBIZ-hosted events.
Track, measure, and communicate ROI and other key metrics for marketing initiatives.
Dedicate time to learning about different CBIZ service lines.
Direct activities or department functions.
Manage resolution of issues and variances within responsibility scope.
Develop reports for management.
Analyze data or implications and provide recommendations to management.
Develop operational improvement plans.
Review relevant performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement.
Implement procedures, goals and objectives conferring with business leadership and staff members as necessary.
Manage staff to objectives, if applicable.
Develop staff through effective coaching, counseling and execution of performance management process, if applicable.
Interview, hire and train new associates or oversee human resources processes.
Responsible for meeting annual sales goals if applicable to position.
Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
7 years of experience in relevant field
Proficient in applicable technology
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders
Ability to travel as required by the business
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma (or GED)
Must have and preserve required licenses
Proficient use of applicable technology
Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
Ability to travel as required by business
