Job Description
Determine client requirements and expectations in order to help the client identify specific products and solutions
Cross-sell/up-sell products to existing clients
Keep records of client interactions and transactions
Assist in annual review process by contacting clients and preparing personalized customer coverage recommendations based on clients' needs
Qualifications
Become licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance
Confirmed High School Diploma or GED Certificate
Attention to Detail/Organization
Basic PC skills
Strong analytical capability
