Position Overview The Property Manager oversees day‑to‑day operations of residential or commercial properties, ensuring efficient leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, and financial performance. This role manages compliance with housing laws, coordinates vendors and contractors, prepares financial reports, and implements marketing strategies to maintain occupancy, control costs, and deliver a safe, well‑maintained living or working environment.

Full‑Time Salary Range:
$60,000 – $63,000 USD/Annually Benefits:

Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and tenant relations
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
Oversee the preparation of leases, rental agreements, and other legal documents
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for property repairs and maintenance
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones
Monitor rental rates in the market to ensure competitive pricing
Prepare monthly financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets
Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and housing codes
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in property management
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Property Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of real estate administrative procedures and laws
Proficient in property management software such as Yardi or OneSite
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to effectively communicate with tenants, contractors, and vendors
Conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes or difficult situations
Knowledge of Section 8 housing programs is a plus
Experience in data entry and financial management
Compensation The published salary range is used as a guide to provide prospective candidates with a level of compensation that is competitive with today’s market. The salary range for this position is a good faith estimate that allows for flexibility to align with various levels of experience, education, and performance.
