WHO YOU ARE: As part of a purposeful team at ASG, an integrated marketing agency that powers progress for corporations, nonprofits, government agencies, and the communities they serve, the Client Account Coordinator serves as a liaison for client project tactics and is accountable for supporting project execution and client relationships under the guidance of the Client Account Managers within the Business Development Team. The primary role of the Client Account Coordinator is to assist in multivariable projects from conception to launch. This position requires a blend of account management, organizational, and coordination skills, enabling the coordinator to assist in any type of delivery project with limited supervision, while also demonstrating the flexibility to pivot when operational and client needs demand it. The Client Account Coordinator reports directly to the Client Account Manager.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in delivering and managing high‑quality strategic marketing and outreach projects by collaborating on the execution of project scope, financials, deliverables, and project milestones

Aid in writing and communicating project agendas and meeting recaps

Support client project team’s workflows by managing timelines, scheduling internal and external touchpoints, and arranging milestones and deliverables

Support and coordinate for Client Account Managers with high‑touch customer service plans

Contribute to and support the development of actionable and insightful recommendations for new products, extensions, or enhancements to expand scopes of work that improve project outcomes

Provide administrative and operational support to Client Account Managers in the resolution of conflicts, including scope of work, schedule, resources, budget, quality, and communication

Ensure comprehensive project documentation within enterprise systems, adhering to Client Account Management standards and guidelines, and ensuring acknowledgment and accessibility by all relevant stakeholders

Lead administrative and systems launch for new accounts including creation and maintenance of communications channels and file storage

Upkeep of project management platform across accounts

Maintain organized, accurate records of expenses, contracts, amendments, and similar operational matters for accounts

Support Client Account Managers with invoicing inquiries across accounts

Perform additional projects, initiatives, duties, responsibilities for any area throughout ASG while demonstrating flexibility and adaptability, for the overall success of the organization as directed by the Client Account Manager and/or their designee(s)

QUALIFICATIONS YOUR MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college/university

Minimum of 2 years of experience in people‑facing roles, account management, campaign management, and data‑driven project strategies

At least 2 years of work experience in government, marketing, or agency settings

Reliable internet access

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, especially during project peaks

Ability to travel for in‑person meetings, events, and client engagements

Bilingual preferred but not required; fluent in English and Spanish/Portuguese

Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, iOS applications, and the ability to learn other database management tools

Experience with project timelines, meeting deadlines, and tracking stakeholder involvement

Intermediate skills in drafting project plans

Strong organizational abilities and project tracking

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external interactions

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse groups
