The
Assistant Banquet Manager
supervises the banquet staff and works closely with the Banquet Manager to coordinate food and beverage service, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional guest service to all customers
Lead and motivate the banquet team, maintaining standards of quality
Greet guests and accommodate their needs during events
Communicate effectively with guests regarding menu options
Assist with food and beverage delivery, supporting servers during peak periods
Train team members on plated and reception‑style service (training provided)
Anticipate guest needs and monitor dining experiences to ensure satisfaction
Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests
Oversee event setup, execution, and clean‑up
Perform side work to prepare for upcoming events
Maintain clean, safe, and organized service areas at all times
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in banquet service, catering, or hospitality management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to train and mentor staff effectively
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
