In this role you will be working as a Sr. Broker Account Manager for a client that is in the employee group benefits industry. In this role you will be responsible for managing and creating case installations, onboarding, claims, troubleshooting, and daily service tasks for large group plans.
This is a direct hire role that must be performed on-site.
The pay on this role is $80,000 to $120,000
Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience in the employee benefits or health insurance field
Experience in employee benefits compliance (ERISA, ACA, ect)
Experience with large group market (100+ lives)
Must be extremely proficient with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros), Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to work in a very fast paced environment
NY/NJ State Health, Life, & Accident License is highly preferred
